These terms and conditions regulate the conditions for the purchase and use of gift vouchers for services at the 420 Restaurant operated by Červená Liška Restaurant s.r.o.
420 gift vouchers can be purchased:
The restaurant's website allows the selection, ordering, and payment of the voucher by credit card through a secure online payment gateway.
When purchasing a voucher online, the customer provides their name, email address, and phone number. These details are used for voucher tracking and serve to retrieve necessary information for delivery and voucher redemption if needed.
When purchasing a voucher online, the customer can preview how a specific voucher looks.
Gift vouchers can be delivered:
Electronic voucher to the email address. In the case of online purchases, we offer the option to deliver the voucher immediately in electronic form (PDF) to the email you provided.
A printed original voucher is available for purchase directly at the restaurant.
A gift voucher for a specific menu can be used to pay for the consumption of a specific menu listed with the voucher, for the number of people specified with the voucher. The voucher is purchased at the price indicated at the time of purchase. At the time of redemption, the current price of the specific menu is not decisive; the voucher always entitles you to consume the specified menu (so if the menu price increases between the time of purchase and redemption, no additional payment is required). Consumption of items not included in the voucher is subject to the standard current price list of the 420 Restaurant.
When redeeming a voucher for a specific amount, the voucher value is deducted from the total price for any consumption at the 420 Restaurant or when paying at the 420 store.
Redemption of the voucher in the restaurant involves presenting a printed or electronic copy of the gift voucher during payment.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeeming a voucher for a specific amount, cash cannot be refunded.
The validity of gift vouchers is one year from the moment of purchase and is clearly indicated on the voucher. After expiration, the voucher becomes invalid.
In justified cases, the validity of the voucher can be extended. The extension is decided by the restaurant manager, who can be contacted through the contacts listed on the restaurant's website.
In the case of long-term closure of the restaurant, the validity of the voucher is extended for the duration of the restaurant's closure.

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase agreement or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is

In the case of distance purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receipt, without stating a reason and without any penalty. If the voucher has already been used, the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer's money is refunded by returning the original transaction made by credit card. If it is not possible to return the original transaction (e.g., after too much time has passed), or if the original transaction was not a credit card transaction, the money will be refunded in another way, as agreed between the operator and the consumer.
By submitting an electronic order, you accept the provisions of the terms and conditions as of the date of submitting your order.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
